Push Press (75/45) Knees To Elbows
For the Kettlebell Row, place your feet shoulder width apart and bend at the hips. Keep the back flat and slightly arched, with the back almost parallel with the ground. Pull the kettlebell from the floor and keep the elbow and arm close to the side of the body. Try and pull the handle of the Kettlebell into the arm pit.
