What can I expect from your gym?

We like to have fun and we like helping people reach their goals. Every class involves a lot of laughs, instruction, and an intense but rewarding workout.

Will I get big lifting weights?

It depends on your goals. No one gets big accidentally and diet plays the largest role in whether you gain weight or lose it. Our classes will help you lean down and get stronger, but that doesn't mean you will get bulky or big.

I have injury x, y, z, can I still train with you?

Of course! All of our coaches are more than capable of providing proper scaling, prehab and rehab for current and past injuries.

There are a lot of Gyms around now, why you?

Our track record speaks for itself. We opened our doors in 2009 as the second CrossFit gym in Dallas. Since then we have focused on having the highest quality in coaching, programming, and customer service.
