Our classes are open to all experience levels, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

Our coaches are here to help you find your inner athlete and have fun pushing your body to find your maximum potential.

 
 

BASE

Example Base Workout

Building a strong base of strength is essential for all athletes. Strength training is also the best way to boost anti-aging hormones, super charge your metabolism, and avoid injury. If you are struggling to achieve your goals, come try out a BASE class cycle!

DOSE

Example Dose Workout

What's your dose? This is metabolic conditioning done right. Proper stimulus creates better adaptation. We will help you pick the right dosage so you get the best results. Tough workouts are a dime a dozen, but tough workouts with designed progression that produce results over time? That’s where we come in.

LGFG

Example LGFG Workout

Look Good, Feel Good. Actually, how about looking daaaamn good without sacrificing performance and movement? LGFG is a lower intensity fitness class that focuses on your aesthetics without compromising your functional fitness. We use a combination of classic and unconventional isolation, core-focused, unilateral and other movements to develop better bio-mechanics and muscular definition. Whether you are simply looking to tone up a bit, or improve your performance in your other workouts, LGFG fits your needs.

Want to work on something extra? Missed a workout that looked super fun? Come to our open gym hours to practice and hone various skills, make up a workout, or do one of your own. Coaches are there to provide instruction, guidance, and workout ideas.

Deep Barbell classes focus on Olympic Weightlifting with an aim to improve the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We follow cycles ranging from Introductory, to more Advanced. If you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or maybe want to dabble in Olympic Weightlifting as a sport, this is the class for you.
