We are very excited to announce a great addition to our coaching staff. By now you've probably had Lindsay coach one of your classes so you've already seen how passionate she is and that the gym just seems to be more fun when she's around. Make sure and give her a warm welcome.
For today's workout you have two options. We are going to try this out for a while when it comes to strength work. We wanted to find a way for both newer and more veteran members to get strength programming more specific to their training experience. The coach will be able to help you in determining which option will best benefit you.
