Today is a fun twist on the two movements in Fran! Remember to work on that front rack position. Work a Lacrosse ball into those shoulders, triceps, lats, and any other areas that are limiting a more relaxed rack position. The more effort spent holding the bar in place as you squat, the faster you will fatigue on the press overhead.
