Coaches Notes

First off, we are announcing a fun competition for our Deep family. The event is called Fortune Favors The Bold. We will conduct three workouts, beginning at 8am. Learn more here. Please email Russell to reserve a spot.

The coaches notes for today is about time restraints. The CrossFit Total can take up a lot of time. If you are able, please arrive early to begin rolling out. Warm up will be condensed today to utilize as much of the hour as possible. We will allot 20 minutes for back squat and deadlift, and 15 minutes for the press.
