Congratulations to all of the Paleo Challenge participants for finishing the 5 week challenge and braving the bitter cold for Helen. Results will be posted on February 17th. The changes we saw over just 5 weeks were amazing. We can't wait for you to see the before and afters once we choose the winners. We know many of you would like to have access to your before and after pictures. The way we are going to handle this is by placing the men and women's photos in separate password protected flickr albums. We will email you all this week with how to access them. Remember, just because the challenge is over, doesn't mean it's time to revert back to old bad habits. We hope you will all continue to eat better for the rest of your lives.
