So how many of you know about The CrossFit Games? Starting February 22nd the season begins with the "Opens." I wanted to bring it up because every year there is a misconception about who should participate. Most believe they aren't good enough and don't really want to make it to regionals. Here is the thing, the Opens are so much more than the competition itself. It's about the community. It's one day of the week where you get to compete at something that hundreds of thousands of people around the world are doing too. Even if you aren't a fierce competitor, participating will be a blast. So if you were on the fence about it, hop over and sign up.
