Join us Wednesday, June 29th after the 6pm class at CrossFit Uptown for our first Nutrition 101 Seminar.
This 90 minute session will begin with an overview of our nutritional philosophy and continue into specific topics such as "Why should I eat this way" and "What is real food anyway"?
Possibly the most important part of this session is the ample Q&A portion. This is an opportunity to have Drew, Eric, and Koy provide insights and answers to many tough questions you may have.
