Uno Mas

Thanks to all those who showed up this AM for the workout. It was a tough one. I would not wanna mess with anyone on Dallas SWAT. One more day until the classes officially start. We would love to have as many experienced CrossFitters as possible.  So feel free to drop in for a nice workout and tour our new facility.

The grand opening party will be on Saturday, October 24th.  We would love for anyone and everyone to show up.  Interested in CrossFit?  Just wanna come hang out with us?  Need something to do next Saturday?  Like FREE BEER and FOOD?  Wanna play CrossFit Dodgeball?  If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then you should definitely plan on attending.  Party starts @ 7:00.
