A. DB Squat Snatch Progression (week 3/3) - Work to a heavy double in 10 minutes.
*Two TnG reps each side, not alternating
B. Alternating EMOM 24:
1. 12 Alternating DB Squat Snatch
2. 8 Burpee Box Jumps
3. 20-25 Abmat Situps
4. Rest
*Use roughly 50% of your heavy double for DB Squat Snatch
