 Yoga at 12pm tomorrow.

Most people perform their best after a day of moderate exercise. Please do the following if this applies to you. On the other hand, if you feel like you need another rest day, take it. 

  I. Strength

A. Back Squat- work to 2 doubles at 70-75%

B. Every 90s for 10:30 (7 sets):

3 TnG Power Cleans 155/110#

6 Medicine ball Russian twists e/s


II. Conditioning  

For 8 minutes: 

Row at 65-70% 

EMOM stop to perform 6 no push-up burpees  

III. Mobility

Spend 30 minutes rolling out any lingering soreness.
