Coaches Notes

The next Olympic lifting class begins Monday, July 29th. If you come to the gym and the most difficult workouts for you are those that involve Olympic lifting, then this class is for you. We will focus specifically on the mechanics and technique needed to improve your lifts. The class will also focus on your overall strength, allowing you to see measurable gains quickly in both your lifts and your squats. If you are interested in joining the beginners class, email Spencer before the first class. The class times are as follows:

Advanced Class: Monday 6:00 a.m. OR Wednesday 7:30 p.m. and Mandatory 8:30 a.m. class on Saturday Beginners Class: Tuesday 6:00 a.m. OR Thursday 7:30 p.m. and Mandatory 7:30 a.m. class on Saturday
