A. Power Snatch + Snatch + OHS - 5 Sets B. Push Press + Jerk - 5 x 2+1 C. Jerk Dip Squat - 5 x 3 (heavier than last week)

Groups

A - Add a pull before the lift B - Add 3 second pause at bottom of OHS / Snatch C - Work up to heaviest set for A in Comp Program
