New Barbell Cycles Starting!

The next Intro and Advanced Cycles begin the week of October 13th! The PRs have been rolling in like crazy and we aren't even done with the current cycles yet! If you've been wanting to increase your strength and improve your technique in the olympic lifts, these cycles are designed for you.

The Intro Cycle will focus on teaching proper movement and technique in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. The cycle lasts 12 weeks and is guaranteed to improve your lifts and your strength. The program is only two days a week and fits perfectly with our Core or Training classes. If you have any other questions about our Deep Barbell Intro Cycle, please email barbell@crossfitdeep.com

The Advanced Cycle meets three days a week and will also last 12 weeks. After completing the Intro Cycle, it is time to take your training to the next level. The Advanced Cycle focuses on fine tuning your lifts and introducing more accessory and strength work. If you feel like you’ve hit a plateau with your Olympic Lifts, finishing an Advanced Cycle is the answer.
