New Intro and Advanced Deep Barbell Cycles

If you’ve been waiting to hop into one of our Deep Barbell cycles, your chance is around the corner! Our new Intro Cycle begins July 21st and our new Advanced Cycle begins July 28th. Both cycles have been updated with some great new changes to the curriculum.

The Intro Cycle will focus on teaching proper movement and technique in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. The cycle lasts 12 weeks and is guaranteed to improve your lifts and your strength. Our new Advanced Cycle meets three days a week and will also last 12 weeks. After completing the Intro Cycle, it is time to take your training to the next level. The Advanced Cycle focuses on fine tuning your lifts and introducing more accessory and strength work. If you feel like you’ve hit a plateau with your Olympic Lifts, finishing an Advanced Cycle is the answer.
