Coaches Notes

Each round begins with a 400m run, with the remaining time complete max reps of the designated movement. Rest 2 minutes after each 3 minute round. The kettlebell swing should be heavy today. It is very common when swinging a heavier kettlebell to end up more towards the toes as the kettlebell swings down. Really emphasize keeping back onto the heels and using the hips to absorb the impact of the swing. Be patient and wait for the kettlebell to almost complete its downward arc before hinging the hips back.
