Each round begins with a 250m row. With the remaining time on the clock, attempt as many reps as possible. Rest 30 seconds between each round.

For those of you that aren't subscribed to our newsletter, or may have just signed up recently, we now have an archive in our resources section. Also, since parking is sometimes a mystery in Deep Ellum, I thought I would help explain some options. Obviously you can park in our lot whenever there is space, but should it be full, there are a couple other options. Your second option is parking on the street at any of the metered locations. This is free on weekdays until 6:00pm. Once 6:00pm hits, the meter nazis come out. For members that have received tickets before, at least you can feel good about your charity to the city of Dallas which allows for all that new road construction you have seen going on. On weekends the meters are active throughout the day, so make sure to pay if you come to the Free Saturday class or the Olympic Class. You can also park across the street in the big lot. I think it costs 2 bucks. We usually have change up at the front desk so meters are probably a cheaper option. If you park behind our building in what is technically Adiar's lot, you run the risk of being towed. It has not happened yet, but recently a few of our members have said they got yelled at, so I would be careful. Hopefully this helps clear up any parking confusion. I am going to add it to the FAQ section of our website for later reference.
