Another reminder that tomorrow we will not have our Free Saturday Workout at 10am. Instead we will be hosting the Week 1 workout for the CrossFit Games Open. It all goes down at 8am. Be sure to stop by and show support for your fellow CFDE athletes. The workout is 7 minutes of max burpees so they are going to need all the yelling and encouragement they can get.
