Top 6 Anti-Inflammatory Foods

Hey guys, Mark Sisson recently put up a post about anti-inflammatory foods. Exercise creates inflammation, and different types of inflammation is actually good at the right times. When we think of bad inflammation we want to think systemic. This is the type of inflammation that becomes chronic and isn't always noticeable because the symptoms may lay dormant (artery hardening, changes in consistency of muscle, tendon and ligament, etc). To reduce this type of inflammation, the right foods really help, as does reducing chronic stress (for another day). Here is his blog post, hop over and give it a read.

If you have experience with inflammation, or if you have noticed a change after starting paleo, please discuss in comments. We always love to hear about changes like this. Remember, it's not always how good our abs look that matters most, but how well our body functions.
