A. Clean and Jerk - 5 x 1 B. Clean Pull - 4 x 3 C. Front Squat - Heavy Triple

& Comp

Mock Meet Warm up until you find a weight that is heavy but you are positive you can hit. At this point you will have 3 attempts. You only get one shot at each attempt, so focus and execute.

Rest 10 minutes between your last snatch attempt and warming up clean & jerk.

Afterwards if time permits: Back Squat - 3 x 3 (23X3) Work up to as heavy as you can
