I have 25 plus years of experience operating as an athlete, coach, personal trainer and nutrition specialist. I was a competitive swimmer for 18 years at both club and collegiate levels and as a result, I am an active CrossFit athlete, personal trainer as well as a lover of the great outdoors! I love to rock climb, hike, ski and surf. CrossFit is all about being "functionally fit" and building a solid foundation for the rest of your life, you better believe that I have taken full advantage of that! I have grown so much as both an individual and as an athlete. I specialize in Weight Management, Olympic lifting, Kettle Bells, TRX, Sports Conditioning and Strength Training. I have worked with clients of every age and background, including those with current and or previous injuries.
I was introduced to CrossFit Deep Ellum a little over a year ago and immediately fell in love with the members and staff. I was looking for the perfect place to further hone my skills as a coach and this gym offered me the tools needed to accomplish that.
