As many reps as possible in 10 minutes
30 Snatches (45/75) 30 Snatches (75/135) 30 Snatches (100/165) 30 Snatches (120/210)
These are the prescribed weights. Like with any workout we do, you may scale however you wish in order to complete the workout as best as possible. In this case, increase the weight after each set of 30 however you like. Even if it is only a 5lb jump, increase with each successful set of 30.
If any of you came out to watch people complete the 2nd opens WOD, you would have seen plenty of ugly snatches. Performing a high skill lift for that many reps often leads to less than desirable form. Although we are going to do this WOD today, our goal is different. The focus today should be on good reps every time. For instance, If you start pressing out weights rather than landing with arms locked out overhead, reduce the weight or take more time to rest.
