We want to help you get your first muscle up, perfect the handstand push up, learn advanced progressions on the rings, improve your strength in chest to bar and butterfly pull ups, and more!
Caitlin and Kevin will spend two hours working through what it takes to get you to the next level with your gymnastics. If you plan on doing The Open or want to make the next step to doing more workouts as prescribed, this is an awesome opportunity to work with two awesome coaches.
