Our revamped Intro Course starts May 3rd! This course serves as an entry level for beginners or anyone looking to learn the fundamentals of weightlifting. This 8 week cycle follows a structured curriculum and is taught by our Barbell Staff comprised of Eric, Michael, and National 48kg Lifter Dominique!
Once you have completed all 8 weeks, you will be able to take our advanced weightlifting classes or repeat the intro cycle with increased loads and advanced skill exercises. The course is based around a 2x a week lifting schedule with an optional 3rd day of accessory work.
If your goals are to get better at lifting for CrossFit, or to explore the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, this is the perfect course for you!
Tuesday @ 6:00am and/or Thursday @ 6:30pm and Saturday @ 8:30am
