We are doing something a little different for our first nutrition challenge of the year. The challenge is a 28-day post holiday reset to help kick off 2018!

The Reset starts Jan 15th and is is 100% free. It includes 4 weeks worth of meal plans, shopping lists, and recipes. All recipes have nutrition info so they can be tracked if desired. We also provide 3 body weight workouts and four 5-minute morning workouts each week. There are instructional videos with scaling options for all the movements so this is also a great opportunity for your members to share the love with their friends and family to get them to eat better and move a little more. There is also an awesome dashboard and FB community for support.
