Alternating E2MOM 12

A. 2 Hang Power Clean @60% and 6 box step ups (20" 3 e/s) 

B. 15 V Rolls

C. Crossover ATYT x 8

 

II. Conditioning  

800-600-400-200m Row @Recovery Pace (50-55% effort)

  1. After each cluster, stop to perform a 45 second couch stretch on each side.
