A. Clean and Jerk - Work to a perfect single at 90-95% (10 Minutes)

B. Snatch - Work to a perfect single at 90-95% (10 Minutes)

  1. Build all the way to 90-95% unless you accumulate 2 misses (for each individual movement). Aka, one miss allowed. 

 

II. Barbell cycling 

For time: 18 TnG Power Clean and S2O 135/95
