Deep Comp- 8/17/16

Excellent job yesterday. It was rewarding to see so many people smoke their previous scores on the 10 minute assault bike test. The hard work is clearly paying off. Big congrats to Lolly and Trevor for their snatch PRs. Don't be discouraged if you did not hit a personal record on your snatch. The closer you get to your potential, the more seldom you will hit personal records, but this next cycle is most likely where you will see your numbers shoot up. Sometimes different people peak at different times, becoming a seasoned athlete means knowing when to go for it, even if it's not technically a max day (consult a coach beforehand though). We assure you that if you keep putting in the daily work, you will be amazed by the athlete you are when next season rolls around.
