First of all I want to give you guys all props for busting it this past Friday and Saturday. You're output was noticed and will be accounted for. Please continue to put forth your best effort on every segment this week, as everything this week is a test. Next week we will move forward with standard training programming based on your results from these seven days. Before every workout this week, take a minute set your expectations as high as possible. If we learned anything this week, it's that "Records were made to be broken".
A. Find Jerk 1RM
- Two misses allowed, from blocks
B. Find a maximal set of Strict Dips
- From high rings, use full range of motion (touch the rings with shoulder and fully lockout). Do some practice sets and address any technique flaws that your teammates may have before their maximal set.
C. Find Max Effort Set of Unbroken C2B
- Start with butterfly and switch to kipping if need be. Notate when you switch.
