6,8,10: 3 Rope Climbs AFAP
12,14,16: 12 Strict T2B (2121)

II. Unilateral Lower Body and Overhead Strength
3 Sets: 10 Alternating (5 e/s) FR Walking Lunges + 5 Push Press
- Working weight, from rack, at 55-65% of your Split Jerk Max
100 Double Unders
25 Bar Facing Burpees
- This is meant to be a sprint. We lacked hustle at regionals. Time to start doing a better job working through pain.
