 I. Active Recovery- Assault bike

5 minutes at 70% (rest 105)

5 minutes at 75% (rest 90s)

5 minutes at 80% (rest 75s)

5 minutes at 85% (rest 60s)

5 minutes at 60%

  1. Reset the monitor and notate your calories and average speed for each 5 minute interval.
