Team Meeting Wednesday at 7pm to discuss the course of action for our Regional-Prep Cycle. 

I. Strength

6 Rebounding Box Jump Overs 24/20"
5 Deadlifts 315/220, 325/230, 335/235, 345/240, 355/250, 365/255#

  1. For rebounding box jump overs, practice turning 180 degrees on top of the box, and then rebound toward the box.
  2. The deadlifts ascend each set as listed.  

II. Conditioning
