Deep Comp- 2/19/16

Work out at 75-80% today or completely rest. We have a long 5 week stretch coming up and we need to actively deload a little bit before next week starts. 

I. Weightlifting

Overhead Squat- 5-3-1

Work to roughly 65% for set one and add weight every set. Not looking for anything maximal here.

 

II. Conditioning

For 7 minutes at a reasonable pace:

3-3, 6-6, 9-9 etc.

  1. Move at a comfortable pace. WITHOUT ripping or compromising the condition of your hands. Be smart. This is not for reps. Don't even list your "score ".
