Every 5 Minutes for 30 Minutes (6 sets for total working time):

A. 5 Burpee Box Jump Overs 30/24#

B. 3 Pin Pull Deadlifts @80%

  1. Use blocks or plates. Start from mid patella. 

C. 1 Legless Rope Climb

  1. For today, women may jump.

 

II. Conditioning (Anaerobic Lactate)

30 Power Clean and Jerks 135/95#
