Squats start at 7:15. How are YOU gonna finish this squat cycle?

I. Strength  (60 Minutes)

A. Back Squat - 10x3 @85% (+10-20#)

Rest 4-5 Minutes 


II. Weightlifting   (25 Minutes)

B. Snatch - 75% x 1 x 4

C. C&J - 75% x 1 x 4


III. Conditioning  (15 Minutes)

For time:

150 Bar Facing Burpees

(15 Minute Cap)

  1. Mark one tally on the floor every 30 reps
  2. Chest must touch floor
  3. Jump and land on 2 feet.
  4. Practice perfect footwork beforehand and commit to executing what you practiced. Any inefficiency will wreak havoc on your total time.
