Please show up early tomorrow to roll out, mobilize, etc. Calisthenics will start at 7:10 and squats will start at 7:15. Like last week, there will be no transition time between I, II, and III.
I. Strength (60 Minutes)
A. Back Squat - 10x3 @85%
Rest 4-5 Minutes
II. Weightlifting (20 Minutes)
B. Snatch - 75% x 1 x 4
C. C&J - 75% x 1 x 3
III. Conditioning (20 Minute Cap)
D. 6 Rounds
6 Bench Press @65%
12 Push Ups
200m Run
