Please not forget that we are judging the seven year competition this Saturday at 7:30AM.

I. Strength

Back Squat-  work to a 1RM or 3RM

  1. We wanted to give you guys some freedom to go for a one rep max if you are close to a goal weight. If not, err on the side of caution and find a 3RM. Either one will provide a useful baseline moving forward, so long as you go 100%.
