We saw improvements on 77% of the tests on Saturday. That's what progress looks like, guys. Keep putting in the work, because it's truly paying off. This outrageously high percentage would not have been possible without everyone's full effort, and the fun is just getting started. We need you to bring your best for every test this week.  I. Weightlifting 

A. Power Clean 3 x 2 @80%

  1. We are testing clean and jerk tomorrow. 

 

II. Conditioning 

7x500m Row (rest 90s)

  1. This is the last workout of our row cycle. Who's gonna finish the row cycle strong?? If you just mail it in, you'll be likely to do the same on test day. 
  2. We will test our 2K early next week. 

III. Fittest Games
