Merry Christmas, guys! Welcome to your official rest week. During the holidays please enjoy this opportunity to relax, unwind, and heal any nagging injuries. If you want to get into the gym a time or two to work on skills, aerobic work, and barbell work below 70% of your 1rm, then that's fine. But please do not overdo it. You may also attend a class or two next week if you'd like to, as they will be designed with a general de-load in mind, but stay out of the gym for the majority of the week. Our bodies need comprehensive recovery and rejuvenation heading into the new year. Trust the process.
We will resume programming Friday, January 1st and have our mandatory meeting Saturday, January 2nd at 7 AM. You must attend this meeting to be part of the 2016 Comp Team. No exceptions. Contact me ASAP if this will be a problem.
