I. Warmup

    Today is that last DIY day this cycle. Next week, we will begin a structured upper body gymnastics microcycle that will be preceded by a mono structural cardio element to raise our core body temperature. 

II. Strength  

5 sets: Snatch high pull + hang snatch + hip snatch  

  1. Working sets at 80-85% 
  2. Pull the barbell to your sternum on the high pulls. 
  3. These sets should be unbroken.  

III.  Conditioning

6 Rounds  

400m Run

30 Walking lunges  

20 Chest to deck push-ups  

10 Strict pullups  

Rest 2 mins
