Active Recovery Day
I. Aerobic work
4 Minutes A/B (30s @50%, 30s @75%)
12 Lateral Partner Burpees (6 each, alternating 2 at a time)
- Begin at 3-2-1 Go with your partner, after the 4 minutes of A/B, push stop on the monitor and perform your partner burpees, then restart your monitor from zero and begin the next round.
- Burpees should be performed at 60% effort (no explosiveness with arms).
II. Foam roll and Mobilize
- Spend as much time as possible working out any soreness and perform your favorite mobility drills.
