Deep Stretch Yoga - Thursday's & Sunday's

Classes are Thursday's at 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM and now Sunday's at 10 AM starting Nov. 23rd! We will no longer be holding the Saturday class. If you thought yoga was simply something to do for flexibility, Brittany shows the power, strength, balance, and coordination that is developed over time with yoga. Our Deep Stretch Yoga classes are great for everyone from beginners to the advanced. Not only is Yoga great in and of itself, but it is the perfect compliment to CrossFit training! Everything from squatting, deadlifting, muscle ups, and handstand push ups are easier when you learn to move and control your body with precision. Come try it out and see the results for yourself!
