A. Clean + Jerk - Work up to a max of 2+1 B. Clean Pull - 105% x 3 x 2, 110% x 3 x 2 C. Front Squat - 2 rep max D. Stiff legged deadlift - 3 x 5

Groups

A - No modifications B - For Adv, finish part A with a 4 second lower OHS B - For Comp, squat first, after take 85% and do 2x max reps C - Drop down sets for part A around 85% for 4-5 singles
