Deep Stretch - New Class and Instructor

We are so glad we started our Deep Stretch yoga classes! The changes people have seen is incredible. We wanted to announce that we will now have a Saturday Deep Stretch class at 11:30am! The new Saturday class will be lead by the fabulous Sydney Watson. Here is some background on Sydney.

"I began my yoga journey as a competitive collegiate dancer needing help with injuries that had not healed right. Soon after my first few yoga classes I completed my first 200hr Teacher Training and began working at a Physical Therapy office as a Technician. My style of teaching is heavily influenced by my studies in Physical Therapy as well as my training in Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Therapy. My yoga practice has taken distinct forms over the years but has always remained very focused towards athletes and healing the body."
