Robert Hoelscher

For me, CrossFit was the next step after collegiate athletics and a life long history of team sports. I have always lived for competition. Originally from Midland, I attended Texas Tech University where I studied financial planning and played football. Once my college football career was over, I immediately had a need for a new athletic hobby, thrill and passion. After purchasing a trial CrossFit membership in February of 2012, I was quickly hooked and haven't looked back since. Moving to Dallas in February of 2013, I tried a few gyms in the area and easily found a new home at CrossFit Deep. The opportunity to train and interact with such an amazing group of people in a community where the bar is set so high is unbelievable.

As much as I love being active and competing, I equally enjoy socializing and pushing and motivating the people around me. There is no better feeling to me than helping someone achieve their goals. The relationships and accomplishments I have attained through CrossFit will stay with me throughout my life, and I hope to help others with the desire to do the same.
