A) Deadlift - 5-3-1-5-3-1The second wave should be heavier than the first. Go heavy but with perfect form. There should be no failed lifts.
Death by DB Power Snatch w/2 Burpee buy-in On the first minute, complete 2 Burpees then 1 DB Power Snatch per side. On the second minute complete 2 Burpees then 2 DB Power Snatch per side. Etc. Continue on until you can no longer complete the required work in 60 seconds.
