I’ve been fascinated with fitness ever since I was a kid listening to stories of my dad’s athletic career. Growing up, I was involved in just about every sport imaginable from baseball and basketball, to gymnastics and motocross, to climbing and cycling. I began lifting weights at the age of 13 and never stopped. During my college career at Dallas Baptist University, I became a trainer, and I’ve been leading boot camps around Dallas for the last three and a half years. I found Crossfit two years ago, and it’s made a massive impact on not only my training philosophy, but also my life in general. I fell in love with the training styles and, most of all, the Crossfit community. In order to succeed, you have to surround yourself with positive people, and that’s one thing Crossfit has an abundance of. Recently, I was a finalist on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior, and I credit a lot of my success to Crossfit and the conditioning it’s allowed me to achieve. I’m looking forward to being a part of helping people reach goals they never thought were possible. LET’S GO!
