This tempo reads, 4 seconds down, no pause at bottom, Xplode up, 2 second pause at the top.
After finding a 5 rep max, add 15-20% to the bar for the next part.
Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes
1 Back Squat 30 second Weighted Plank
As many reps as possible in 6 minutes
With a partner Kettlebell Clean & Press
