Today's workout does not need to be completed in any specific order. It is recommended that you move from station to station as you warm up each movement and practice each skill. Once you make an attempt you are happy with you can focus the rest of the time on the remaining movements.
This Friday the Opens workout will take place at CrossFit Dallas Central. Like previous weeks, we will not have our 5:30 and 6:30pm classes. There are only two weeks left in the Opens so be sure to come on out and cheer everyone on.
